Animate it!

okay, so this is the first tutorial for scrath i've done.

this one was about animating it (as you could probably guess from the title)

it was about making the object change.

you could make it smile then frown, or change it from one colour to another.

you do this by getting the original, or the one you wanna start with, then you copy it and then you edit the copied one into what you want it.

then, you use this code (you use as many costumes as you want, and for aslong as you want, etc..)

and then press the little green flag thingy and watch :)

okaaaaaaaaaaaay, so now that i've finished the posts for this term, i can get started on the assignment (:

for this term, we have to use a program called "Scratch" to make a game.
i know it sounds hard, but that's cause it probably is :/

but before that i have to watch the tutorials cause i have NO idea how to use this, and then complete the challenges associated with it.

that'll be fun...

Sample Flowcharts

Now, for this one i have to look at three different flowcharts and describe what they might be used for.

okaaay, so i think this flowchart is about the steps involved in developing software and where you should start from if you make a mistake (:

now this one i'm sure is about how to control the temperature of something and to figure out which is freezing and which isn't./

this flowchart is about a tv maybe.. or something with an LED screen. Its about like, switching it on and off, and yeah...

so, next i have to make my own flowchart about like, filling a bath or something like that.

maaaaaaaan, it took me FOREVER to do this on paint, and to think of all the things to put in it :(

okaaaaaay, so it's the start of term 4 and i'm straight back to work (:

for this task i have to look up and in my own words define a pre-chosen list of words, all of which are about computers.

there are only about 6 questions, so it wont take too long.

heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeere we go (:

1. Algorithms: A specific rule, or set of rules made to solve a problem.

2. Pseudocode: A short, easy way of describing a computer program. Instead of using that technical computer technology talk, more general wording is used.

3. Machine Language: A set of codes as instructions for a processor to do.

4. High Level Computer Language: A programming language that lets a programmer write programs.

5. Flowchart: A diagram of the order of operations.
